TERMS & CONDITIONS

A shared understanding.

Please read these terms before creating an account, applying, paying for a service or attending an IEEPC event. They explain what to expect and the responsibilities that support a fair, secure professional community.

01

Your account and registration

Provide accurate information, your own required documents and a current email address. Keep your sign-in details private and contact IEEPC if you suspect unauthorised access. Applications, membership eligibility and enrolment are reviewed against the requirements for the selected service.

Where required, registration includes a clear photograph for your account or event pass. Select Open camera, allow camera access, review your photo and retake it if needed. No automated face or movement verification is performed. Do not impersonate another person or submit another person’s photograph. Contact IEEPC if you need assistance or an accessible alternative arrangement.

02

Fees, instalments and receipts

The applicable fee and payment route are shown when you apply or receive a quotation. Use the payment options and verified bank details displayed by IEEPC. Keep your payment reference and submit the correct bank-transfer receipt through Order history. A submitted receipt is pending evidence, not confirmation of payment.

For course fees, choose one full payment or a fixed plan of two or three instalments. The first instalment is payable immediately. The second falls due 30 days after the first confirmed payment; the third, where selected, falls due 60 days after that first confirmation. The plan does not add interest, an automatic debit or a late-payment penalty.

Pay instalments in sequence. Once selected, the plan is fixed in your dashboard; contact IEEPC before seeking a change or making a transfer outside that schedule. Payment is confirmed through the configured payment provider or authorised staff review. Your dashboard records the confirmed amount paid, remaining balance and due dates.

03

Admission and learning access

For a taught programme, the first confirmed instalment—or confirmed full payment—makes the admission letter available in My courses. Pending or rejected receipts do not grant admission. An exam-only application produces registration evidence and remains subject to examination clearance; it is not admission to a taught programme.

Programmes may be Physical, Online or Hybrid as described in their published offering. Classroom access, materials and live sessions follow your enrolment status and confirmed batch schedule. Check the published location, timetable, device and connectivity requirements before registering. Request support promptly if an agreed session or learning resource is unavailable.

04

Assessments and academic standards

The approved marking scheme for your programme governs assessment. Under the taught-programme policy dated 22 October 2026, module assessments contribute 15%, participation 15%, IPA practical projects 40% and the final examination 30%. IPA means Individual Progress Assessment.

The standard policy requires at least 70% overall, at least 70% for IPA and at least 60% for the final examination. Module quizzes permit two standard attempts, with the higher score used. Complete required sessions or approved equivalent assessments, project milestones and examination components. Missing or unapproved marks do not constitute a final pass.

Follow the published assessment briefs, deadlines, permitted-material rules and academic integrity requirements. Extensions, late penalties, supplementary assessments and remediation are handled under the applicable policy and documented academic decisions. An examination is remotely proctored only where actual supervision arrangements have been confirmed; a registration selfie is not examination proctoring.

You may request a marking review within seven working days of result notification under the approved policy. Contact IEEPC to raise mitigating circumstances, an accessibility request or an appeal. Policy changes must not silently alter an assessment scheme already communicated to existing students.

05

Results, certificates and verification

A performance summary records available results; a published Statement of Result records the reviewed academic outcome. These documents are separate from a Professional Certificate. Completing a course, obtaining a high score or downloading a result does not automatically issue a certificate.

Professional Certificates require the applicable academic requirements, confirmed full payment of the course fee and explicit Super Admin approval. An outstanding fee balance does not itself prevent access to your available performance summary or published Statement of Result.

IEEPC certificates carry a reference and QR verification route. Use Verify Certificate to check the current record, including expiry or revocation where applicable. Do not alter a certificate, its QR code, signature, seal or reference. Certificate designs and visual security marks are not a promise that every PDF reader will automatically trust a digital signature.

IEEPC credentials describe the award issued by the Institute. They do not, by themselves, promise employment, a particular income or permission to practise a profession where a separate statutory authorisation is required.

06

Membership and professional conduct

Membership benefits and eligibility depend on the selected tier and the Institute’s published requirements. Annual membership classes have a one-year term; Fellowship does not expire. Review your approved membership record for the applicable dates and renewal arrangements.

Use membership titles and designations only as authorised. Treat members, instructors, staff and participants respectfully. Do not misrepresent an affiliation, professional qualification or the authority of an IEEPC chapter.

07

Events, workshops and your pass

Provide the organisation you represent, industry category and country or chapter of registration where requested. Event and workshop registration requires the guided selfie process. A confirmed booking gives access to the corresponding pass; eligibility to enter remains subject to the event’s published conditions and check-in review.

Your pass includes your photo, a unique QR code and Registration / Reference Number. Where a seat sequence is assigned, its first four digits identify the seat sequence for that event. Present your own pass and cooperate with staff photo comparison and status verification. A copied pass or a valid QR image alone does not establish that its holder is the registered participant.

Check the event location, format, date and access instructions. Transfers, substitutions or changes to attendee details require IEEPC review before attendance.

08

Cancellations, changes and refunds

Contact IEEPC with your order or booking reference to request a cancellation, deferral, transfer or refund. Any service-specific cancellation conditions, reasonable charges or restrictions must be disclosed before payment; any applicable charge must be reasonable and consistent with your legal rights.

If IEEPC cancels or materially changes a booked service, contact the Institute about an appropriate alternative, transfer or refund according to the circumstances and your applicable rights. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. See the FCCPC consumer rights guidance.

09

Learning materials, research and publications

Course materials and library resources are provided for the access and use authorised by your enrolment, membership or purchase. Do not share private download links, redistribute restricted materials, record classes without permission or use another person’s account to obtain access.

Only submit research or publications you are entitled to share, and identify sources and third-party material appropriately. Submission does not guarantee publication. Public release remains subject to editorial review, applicable permissions and any specific publication agreement.

10

Privacy, security and inactive accounts

Our Privacy Policy explains account data, application documents, selfies, learning and payment records, public verification and service providers. Public verification is designed to show limited credential information; handle your own documents and pass links carefully.

You can request account deactivation through profile settings. Deactivation prevents sign-in but does not automatically erase learning, payment, credential or administrative records. IEEPC retains the request and relevant records for administration, verification and dispute handling. Contact the Institute about access, correction or deletion requests.

Do not attempt to access other users’ records, bypass payment or assessment controls, introduce malicious files or disrupt the campus. Access may be restricted where necessary to investigate misuse or protect accounts; relevant academic or service decisions should be documented and communicated.

11

Support, complaints and updates

Report payment, learning, account or event concerns through the Contact page. Include your registration or order reference and a clear description, but never send your password or full payment-card details. IEEPC will review the matter and explain the applicable next steps.

These terms describe the Institute of Earth, Environment and Project Control’s digital campus services. Service-specific terms disclosed before booking and the approved academic policy also apply. Any mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply.

IEEPC may update these terms as services develop. The page shows its last-updated date. Material changes affecting existing paid arrangements should be communicated and handled consistently with the terms agreed at booking and applicable rights; a website edit does not silently rewrite a prior approved result or payment agreement.
