How do I apply for a programme?
Browse Courses & Certifications, choose a programme, and select its application option. Sign in or create an account, complete the form and submit the required documents. Track your application from your dashboard.
Which learning formats are available?
Physical classes, Online learning and Hybrid learning are available. Hybrid combines online learning with scheduled live instructor sessions. Check the programme and confirmed schedule before applying.
Where do I find my learning materials?
After payment and enrollment approval, open My courses or Classroom in your dashboard. Published videos, PDFs and assessments are available according to your programme and batch start date.
How do I upload a bank-transfer receipt?
Open Dashboard → Order history. Beside an unpaid order, select Pay / submit receipt, choose your receipt file and submit it. Payment remains under review until an administrator verifies it.
Does uploading a receipt confirm my payment?
No. An authorized Admin or Super Admin reviews the receipt and confirms the transfer before approving the payment. Your order status shows the result.
How do I choose a membership tier?
Visit Membership to compare each tier’s benefits, requirements and fees, then select Apply for your chosen tier. Applications are reviewed by IEEPC.
What photo is required for course and event registration?
Account, membership, course, event and workshop registrations require the inbuilt guided selfie check. Allow camera access, follow the randomized blink and head-turn prompts, then capture your photo before submitting. Use a camera-enabled device with a secure HTTPS connection. Staff still compare the photo for event admission.
Where can I find and verify certificates?
Issued certificates appear under Dashboard → Certificates. Use the public Verify Certificate page and the certificate number to check an issued credential.
How do I join a live Hybrid class?
Open the relevant classroom and its scheduled live sessions. The join option is available to eligible enrolled students during the session access window. Contact IEEPC if your confirmed session is missing.
How can I get help?
Use the Contact page for programme, membership, payment or account enquiries. Your enquiry is sent to the administration dashboard for follow-up.
