Effective 13 October 2026. This notice describes information handled by the IEEPC Digital Campus. Contact the institute through our contact page with privacy questions or requests.
Information we collect
We collect the account details you submit, membership and training applications, photographs, supporting documents, learning progress, assessment results, publications, event bookings and payment references. Enquiries and newsletter subscriptions contain the contact details and messages you provide.
Registration photographs
Registration requires a clear photograph. Select Open camera, allow browser camera access, review the image and retake it before submitting. The selected image is resized on your device and saved privately. We do not collect a continuous camera video or perform automated face, blink, head-turn, identity or liveness verification. Authorized staff can compare the photograph during event check-in. Camera access requires your permission.
How we use information
We use these records to administer accounts, review eligibility, provide learning and assessments, manage memberships and events, issue and verify credentials, respond to enquiries and prevent misuse. Newsletter communications use your subscription consent.
Access and service providers
Your dashboard shows your own records. Authorized staff review applications and payments. Assigned instructors can review their learners’ course submissions. Payment providers process card payments; the campus does not store card numbers. Configured email and storage providers may process information needed to deliver those services. AWS storage is optional and is enabled only after connection verification.
Protection and cookies
Passwords are hashed. Sensitive application profiles, private uploaded files and saved integration credentials are encrypted. Session cookies keep you signed in and protect forms against forged requests. Production access uses HTTPS. This campus uses essential session cookies; it does not require advertising cookies for account access.
Retention and inactive accounts
Deactivating an account prevents sign-in and preserves existing records. We retain a reason and the date and time of the request. Authorized staff may reactivate the account after review. Learning, payment and credential records are retained for administration, verification and dispute handling. Contact IEEPC for a review of access, correction or deletion requests; deactivation does not automatically erase records.
Public information
Published leadership profiles, articles and approved publications appear on the public website. Certificate verification displays limited credential information. Do not submit private information for publication unless you intend it to be public.
Your choices
You can update your profile, request account deactivation from account settings, and contact IEEPC about your information or newsletter preferences. Review our Terms of Use and membership options for related services.
