International maritime conventions are critical in the shipping and oil and gas industry, hence IEEPC-ICML is designed to equip you with the available regulations. IEEPC-ICML provides an in-dept, specialized training on the legal frameworks governing offshore activities, international trade, shipping regulations and laws of the sea. This program focuses on four pillars of the maritime law – SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, and the ICLL, MLC. The course is suitable for shipping professionals and executives, maritime lawyers and legal advisors, marine surveyors, port officials, insurance managers, and risk consultants.

What does Hybrid learning include?
Hybrid combines published online learning materials and assessments with live instructor sessions. Your instructor publishes the session schedule in your classroom.
When does registration open?
Registration runs from the fifth day through the last day of each month. The next batch starts the following month; your dashboard displays the relevant start date.
What do I need to apply?
A verified account, your registration selfie, academic evidence and evidence of project management training. Review the full programme description for any additional requirements.
How are certificates issued?
Assessment and IPA requirements must be completed. Certificates are issued after IEEPC review and can be checked using the public certificate-verification page.
Can I register for the examination only?
Yes. Use the exam-only registration link. IEEPC must review the required evidence and clearance before you can access the examination.
